About ETC Innovation

A vertically integrated MedTech development company

ETC Innovation specializes in process and product development of medical materials for bandages and infection control. We hold positions in four companies with unique patented devices and IP — PF Magic, DrySee, FiteBac WoundCare, and SubPac Wound Care — and invest in the materials science, manufacturing equipment, and regulatory compliance infrastructure to bring those products to market.

Materials & Pipeline

From concept to clinical application

Our pipeline spans active wound dressings, wetness indication materials, infection control substrates, and novel antimicrobial delivery systems — each at a defined development and regulatory stage.

Traditionally, our customers are large medical brands or the converters and suppliers to these large brands. Projects take months to years and often result in custom materials with features for a market or branding advantage.

ETC Innovation is happy to partner and be your roll-goods supplier of custom materials developed and produced in the USA. Contact us to start a conversation.

Foam and Wound Contact Materials

We produce several grades of polyurethane foam for use in advanced wound care applications.

Fluid Management and Wetness Indication

Absorption, Adsorption, Wicking, Gelling and Superabsorbent properties are all optimized for optimum wound healing. Wetness Indication provides vital information to the caregiver.

Infection Control and Antimicrobials

For over 25 years antimicrobial formulations have been studied, optimized and brought into production as wound care materials. Silver, CHG, PHMB, Quat silanes, etc.

Manufacturing

Pilot to production — under one roof

Our USA-based manufacturing site houses pilot-scale and production-ready equipment, giving partners a direct path from formulation to compliant commercial output — with no change of custody. Our level of vertical integration is unheard of. We offer a start-to-finish solution to complex wound care devices.

ETC can provide sterile market-ready wound care products with your branding and packaging, 100% made in the USA with domestic materials. Our level of vertical integration allows us to be highly competitive with Asian options.

Pilot-Scale Equipment
